PSL Board recommends 25% final dividend

PSL Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has decided to recommended to Company's shareholders payment of a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share of Rs 10/- each fully paid up, in addition to an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share already paid to the members in February 2007, thereby aggregating a total dividend of Rs 5.00 per equity share.
