Tilaknagar Industries Board recommends 15% final dividend

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend @ 15% (Rs 1.5 per share) for the year ended on March 31, 2007.
