Shetron Board to recommend dividend

Shetron Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia:

1. To consider the audited accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend a dividend.

3. To consider various funding opportunities from strategic investors and to issue securities on preferential basis.
