Atlanta Board to consider dividend

Atlanta Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, for undertaking the following businesses:

1. Consideration, approval and taking on record of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any.
