Asian Electronics Board to consider dividend

Asian Electronics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider, adopt and take on record, the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend Dividend on Equity Shares, if any.
