Wires & Fabriks Board recommends 15% dividend

Wires & Fabriks SA Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend @ 15% (i.e. Rs 1.50 per equity share of Rs 10/- each fully paid up) for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
