Vijay Textiles Board recommends 17% dividend

Vijay Textiles Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 17% subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
