Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following transactions:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider recommendations of final dividend, if any, for the financial year March 31, 2007.
