Dolphin Offshore Board recommends 25% dividend

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended 25% dividend for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
