Shivam Autotech Board recommends 25% dividend

Shivam Autotech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has considered and recommended a dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs 2.50 per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2006-07, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
