Amara Raja Batteries Board recommends 35% dividend

Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 35% i.e. Rs 3.50 per equity share of Rs 10/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
