Alphageo India Board recommends 15% dividend

Alphageo India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (15%), subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
