La Opala RG Ltd to issue 502468 shares at Rs. 1100

The Board of Directors of La Opala RG Ltd at its meeting held on July 29, 2014, have decided to issue 5,02,468 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 1,100/- (Rupees one thousand one hundred only) on preferential basis to WestBridge Crossover Fund, LLC subject to the consent of shareholders by passing special resolution at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be convened on August 27, 2014 and other necessary approvals. The purpose of raising the capital is to augment the resources of the Company for general corporate and capital expansion of both the plants, and other such purposes permitted by the applicable law and approved by the Board of Directors.

Shares of LA OPALA RG LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1135.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1138.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1066 in over 327 trades.
