Sayaji Hotels Board to consider expansion of Barbeque Nation

Sayaji Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. To adopt the audited accounts for the financial year 2007-08.

2. To consider the expansion of Restaurant Project (Barbeque Nation) in a separate 100% subsidiary (SPV).
