IID Forgings Board to consider stock split

IID Forgings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date.

2. To consider sub-division of existing shares of Rs 10/- each.
