Prism Cement Board to consider dividend

Prism Cement Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 03, 2007, to approve the Company's Audited Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2007 and recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares for the year ended June 30, 2007.
