Dagger Forst Tools Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and Approve the Audited Financial Results / Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider the matter relating to recommendation of dividend, if any.
