Vaibhav Gems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Adoption of audited accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of dividend for the year 2006-2007.
