Pearl Global Board recommends 20% dividend

Pearl Global Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 20% for the financial year 2006-07, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
