Zensar Technologies Board recommends 35% dividend

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2007, inter alia, has proposed a dividend of Rs 3.50 per share (35% on Equity Share of par value of Rs 10 each) subject to approval of shareholders.
