NDTV fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

New Delhi Television Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 10, 2007 to July 17, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 17, 2007.
