SREI Infrastructure fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 16, 2007 to August 24, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 08, 2007.
