Mold Tek Board to consider dividend

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30. 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Board to consider for recommendation of Dividend for the year 2006-07.
