Mayur Uniquoters Board to consider dividend

Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To approve the Balance Sheet & the Profit and Loss Accounts or Statement of financial results and Audited Financial Results for the year ended as on March 31, 2007.

2. To consider recommendation of dividend.

3. Appointment of Additional Directors.
