Magma Leasing Changes Name of the Company to "Magma Shrachi Finance Ltd"

Magma Leasing Ltd has announced that the name of the Company has changed from "Magma Leasing Ltd" to "Magma Shrachi Finance Ltd" with effect from June 19, 2007 pursuant to the issue of a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 19, 2007 by the Registrar of Companies - West Bengal consequent upon Change of Name of the Company.
