Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007 and Recommendation of dividend, if any.

2. To take on record audited financial results for quarter ended March 31, 2007.
