Ashapura Intimates Fashion Ltd have received notice from its subsidiary Momai Apparels Limited dated July 18, 2014 for the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be held on July 28, 2014. The main agenda of the meeting is to approve Initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares of Momai Apparels Limited on the SME Exchange.

The above agenda is subject to approval of shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting and regulatory authorities as and where applicable.
