Maytas Infra Limited to list on October 25, 2007

Bombay Stock Exchange has announced that effective from Thursday, October 25, 2007 the equity shares of Maytas Infra Ltd (Scrip code: 532907) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of B1 Group.

The equity shares of Maytas Infra Limited (Symbol: MAYTAS) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange w.e.f. October 25, 2007. Trading shall be in the Normal Market segment – Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement) for all investors.

The company issued shares in the recently concluded IPO at a price of Rs.370 Per share (Face Value of Rs. 10/- and Premium of Rs.360).

KARVY COMPUTERSHARE PRIVATE LIMITED is the Registrar to the issue.

The major Public shareholders include ELEM Investments Pvt Ltd, Fincity Investments Pvt Ltd, Highgrace Investments Pvt Ltd, B Rama Raju, B Radha, B Suryanarayana Raju and B Jhansi Rani.
