Hotel Leelaventure Board recommends 7.5% final dividend

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 21, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 7.50% on Equity Shares (aggregating 22.50% including interim dividend) for the year ended March 31, 2007.
