Rasi Electrodes Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and Quarter ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.
