VST Tillers Board recommends 40% dividend

VST Tillers Tractors Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 21, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 40%, i.e., Rs 4/- per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each.
