McNally Bharat Board recommends 10% dividend

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 21, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommended a dividend of 10% (i.e. Rs 1.00 per Share) for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Inducted Mr. Subir Dasgupta as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company.
