Educomp Solutions Board recommend 20% final dividend

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 21, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ 20% on the equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2006-07, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
