PI Drugs Board recommend 10% dividend

PI Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommend a Dividend of Rs 1/- per Equity Shares (10%) subject to approval of the Shareholders.
