Control Print Board to consider dividend

Control Print India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following matters:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend, if any.

3. To consider and to determine issuance of Shares / Warrants convertible into Equity shares of the Company on Preferential basis to the Promoters.

4. To consider and approve a notice to submit a resolutions for seeking approval of Members through the process of the Postal Ballot u/s 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001 for seeking necessary consent of the members as required under section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 for issuance of Shares / Warrants convertible into Equity shares on preferential basis.
