Kulkarni Power Board recommends 30% dividend

Kulkarni Power Tools Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 30% for the year ended on March 31, 2007, subject to approval of shareholders.
