Godfrey Phillips Board recommends 250% dividend

Godfrey Phillips India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend of 250% i.e. Rs 25/- per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2007, subject to declaration thereof by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
