Mahalaxmi Rubtech Board to consider dividend

Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Consideration of audited statement of accounts for the quarter / year ended on March 31, 2007 and to publish / submit the audited results.

2. To consider the matter relating to recommendation of Dividend, if any.

3. To consider the reappointment of Shri. Rahul J Parekh as a Managing Director of the Company.
