Nahar Industrial Board recommends dividend

Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommended 10% dividend on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2006-2007.
