With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titles "Murli matters", Murli Industries Ltd has clarified that the Company is not finalizing any deal given in the news article and also it has not planned to raise any money in the way it is appeared in the above mentioned news item article & even the news given in the article is not confirmed by the Company. Further, the Company has informed that if any thing develops in the future, it will follow all the rules & regulations of the listing agreement as well as public disclosure and other law for the time being in force.
