Rohit Ferro Tech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to consider and recommend the dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.
