Bampsl Securities to consider final dividend, issue of bonus shares and Right shares

Bampsl Securities Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To finalise the Balance Sheet for the financial year 2006-2007.

2. To consider the final dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.

3. To consider issue of bonus shares and Right shares.
