Hi-Tech Gears Board recommends 10% final dividend

Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommend a final dividend @ 10% that is Rs 1.00/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each, on the enhanced share capital of the Company, which together with the interim dividend @ 15% declared and paid by the board shall make the compounded dividend rate of 25%.
