Trent Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, for considering the following:

1. Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company.
