Pitti Laminations Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. Adoption of audited annual accounts for the financial year 2006-2007.

2. Recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.
