Man Industries Board to consider dividend

Man Industries India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007, inter-alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to consider recommendation of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007 on equity shares of the Company, if any.
