Zenith Computers Board to declare dividend

Zenith Computers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To recommend declare dividend in respect of financial year ended March 31, 2007, on the Equity Shares of the Company.

2. To determine the dates for closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company for the purpose of annual general meeting to be held on or before September 30, 2007 and also for payment of dividend, if recommended by the Board of Directors.
