Excel Industries fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Excel Industries Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 16, 2007 to July 26, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 26, 2007.
