Autoline Industries Terminates MOU with Stokota N.V. Belgium

Autoline Industries Ltd has announced that the MOU entered into by the Company with Stokota N.V. Belgium dated February 19, 2007 has become infractious and stands terminated due to technical issues arising from the compliance requirements stated therein.

The business of the Company will not be affected.

The stock was trading at Rs.230, up by Rs.3.50 or 1.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.234.40 and low of Rs.224. The total traded quantity was 79989 compared to 2 week average of 34217.
