Aarti Industries Board approves JV with Sojitz Chemical Corporation

With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 19, 2007 regarding press release, Aarti Industries Ltd has further announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2007 had approved the proposed joint venture with Sojitz Chemical Corporation in principle.

The stock was trading at Rs.45.85, down by Rs.0.65 or 1.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48 and low of Rs.45.50. The total traded quantity was 929083 compared to 2 week average of 1288221.
